Service Delivery and Technical Support

As a centre of technical expertise, Exer offers its integrator and reseller partners tailor-made resellers with tailor-made services to increase end-customer satisfaction.
After a period of training and certification in our technologies, you will be required to provide support during the deployment of complex architectures, as well as technical support for our
our customers.

Who are we looking for?

With a sound knowledge of IP networks, the candidate must also have good interpersonal skills, autonomy and motivation. A working knowledge of English (reading and writing) is required, and oral fluency would be a plus.
Plus points :
– Knowledge of cybersecurity (EDR, XDR, Sandboxing, WAF, antispam, ZTNA, SASE, etc.)
– Knowledge of the following manufacturers: Stormshield, Fortinet, PaloAlto, Extreme Networks,
Cisco, Barracuda Networks, WithSecure, Vade, MailInBlack, Ucopia, etc.
– Comfortable with virtualisation (VMWare, HyperV, Azure, etc.)
– Knowledge of Microsoft (AD, ADCS, IIS, etc.) and Linux (Apache, NGINX, MYSQL, etc.) environments,
MYSQL, ETC.)
– Manufacturer certifications: CSNA, CSNE, CCNA, NSE4, etc.
