For this year’s event in Lyon, we welcomed you to the Hôtel de la Gare in Couzon au Mont d’Or.  The event took place in a charming 19th century building surrounded by century-old plane trees. A Gault et Millau restaurant that makes you want to come back again and again. The weather was fine, so we were able to spend part of the evening chatting on the wooden terrace. Valerie Beydon and Jean-Mathieu Brion were there to welcome you and discuss your various issues.
