Exer is looking for an engineer to carry out various pre-sales, service delivery, and technical support missions. Position based in Lille.

For 25 years, Exer, a subsidiary of Kappa Data Group, a specialized European distributor, has been supporting hundreds of integrator and reseller partners to offer their customers increasingly innovative solutions requiring a high level of expertise for deployment. Both commercially and technically, Exer’s teams are dedicated to helping their partners disseminate the latest technologies in the fields of Cybersecurity and computer networks.

In order to offer an offer that is always more in line with the expectations of its integrator and reseller partners, Exer represents several editors in the field, on a coherent set of technologies. For example, Stormshield (Firewall, Encryption…), Extreme Networks (Wi-Fi, Switching, NAC…), WithSecure (Endpoint Protection, EDR…), Barracuda Networks (ZTNA, Content Protection, Cloud Backup…).

Pre-Sales Engineering

After a training phase and getting to grips with the technologies distributed by Exer, you actively participate in the sales process by answering technical questions or presenting solutions during customer meetings. You will also be required to carry out technical prototypes in the laboratory or directly at the partners’ premises.

Service Delivery and Technical Support

As a technical expertise center, Exer offers tailor-made services to its integrator and reseller partners, allowing them to increase customer satisfaction. Based on your acquired experience and skills, you will be required to provide support during the deployment of complex architectures, as well as technical support to our customers.

Who are we looking for?

BAC+5 profile

Solid knowledge in IP networks, with proven practical experience in this field

Good interpersonal skills

Autonomous and motivated

Comfortable with oral communication is a plus

Operational English required (reading and writing)
